Greatest number of guests can be entertained in fourschette type parties. This name originated from French phrase “a la fourschette” (on a fork), when meals are served on tables and the guests can themselves pick the food (most usually – of one-bite size or to be eaten using a fork only, without a knife). When guests are serviced at tables, number of guests decreases.

For seminars and conferences, theatre-type seating versions can be used (no tables, chairs are put side by side). Use of tables automatically reduces number of participants.
